Pre-race routine

After checking into my nice hotel room tonight with a deluxe king size bed, I'll be doing absolutely nothing but relaxing on the bed, watching tv, and gorging myself on pasta. OM NOM NOM!

Kind of like this, but hopefully with food going in, not out!
 My pre race routine will go like this tomorrow:
  1. Get up at 5am 
  2. Take a dump (hopefully)
  3. Get my gear together
  4. Lube up (with body glide, you perverts)
  5. Get dressed
  6. Pee
  7. Eat peanut butter toast with a banana
  8. Pee
  9. Leave hotel by 6am
  10. Jog the 1/2 mile to the starting line, maybe a little further to warm up.
  11. Pee
  12. Double check Garmin, iPod, shoes, etc.
  13. Pee
  14. Start at 7am

Hmmm.... that was somewhere between TMI and a great prerace list. LOL By now, you've run it. HOpe it was awesome! Looking forward to the recap.

BTW: my prerace list includes lots of bathroom stops, too!
